We are seeking an exceptional Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team at Genesis Career Group. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective compliance program.

The Director of Compliance will be headquartered at Genesis Career Group's main offices in Atlanta, Georgia, with occasional travel to our campuses in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and/or Texas expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program to ensure adherence to all applicable federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified compliance deficiencies.
  • Review and approve institutional policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Promote a culture of compliance through communication, training, and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations governing for-profit higher education institutions.
  • Experience with accreditation standards and processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
