Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, diagnose, repair, and support equipment at customer sites.
  • Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to meet customer specifications.
  • Communicate technical information to customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform on-site services, including emergency repairs, equipment servicing, and upgrades.
  • Work effectively with customers, peers, and management to resolve client issues.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree and zero to three years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
  • Ability to read hydraulic schematics and operate shop equipment safely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Loud noise levels at times.
