Position Overview

Extrusion Machine Technician

  • Compensation: Up to $20/hour, depending on experience
  • Shifts Available: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts required

  • Physical requirements include bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs independently during the shift

  • Possibility of pay increases based on tenure with the organization
  • Performance-based pay increases available upon transitioning to company payroll and after three months of employment

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in production or machine operation is essential
  • Experience in extrusion operation is highly desirable
  • Ability to bend, stand, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
  • Steel-toed boots are required for safety compliance
