Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled TAM Site Supervisor to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, providing care and support for residents, and ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and manage site operations.
- Conduct weekly meetings with OMS staff and provide progress reports.
- Capture and report client data as directed by the District.
- Assist with staff training and identify training needs.
- Facilitate client meetings and maintain Office of Migrant Services standards.

Requirements
- Two years of humanitarian or migrant operations experience, including management of intake and/or shelter services.
- Spanish speaking fluency required.
- Direct management experience in temporary housing facility operations and reception services necessary.
- One year of direct service experience working with refugees, migrants, or other vulnerable populations required.
