Barista - New Store Opening Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Scooter's Coffee. As a Rock Star Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an amazing experience for our guests.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Greet and connect with each customer in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Learn customers' names and drinks to provide personalized service.
- Enter orders and process payment efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all store equipment and surroundings to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Create visually appealing drinks by following recipes and aesthetic guidelines.
- Possess strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English is required.
- Commitment to mastering brand recipes and techniques.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong people skills, especially in areas of customer interaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
