About the Role

The Senior Advocate will work closely with the child protection services team to provide direct services to families with children impacted by domestic violence. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and advocacy to individuals and families experiencing victimization.
  • Develop comprehensive assessments and individualized service plans.
  • Coordinate service activities to help consumers meet their needs and protect their rights.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services area preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in Human Services/Victim Assistance programming.
Benefits and Compensation
