About the Role

Merrill Gardens is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at our beautiful community in Ballard. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' apartments and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas to the highest standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Report needed supplies to the appropriate designee and coordinate housekeeping services with other departments as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the community
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred
  • Experience working with seniors or in a customer service-focused environment is highly valued
  • Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
