Practice Site Manager

Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Labor and Delivery team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for the practice management, operations, and coordination of day-to-day business activities for our site.
Responsibilities- Interview, hire, supervise, discipline, and develop staff
- Monitor budget and develop policies and procedures
- Manage quality improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost efficiency, and patient experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Three years of related experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Healthcare leadership experience preferred
- Certification preferred
