Guest Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at Golden Corral. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and offer a personalized invitation to return as they leave.
• Offer assistance to guests who may need help, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Process GC On the Go To-Go orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle payments with precision and courtesy.
• Know and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
• Be knowledgeable about the buffet offerings and menu items, including prices.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas. Ensure the buffet is set up properly, labels are correct, and all buffets and surrounding areas are clean. Follow local health department laws and regulations.

Operational Excellence:

Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery. Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
