Job Title: Cashier Host Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Cashier Host Attendant at Golden Creations, LLC dba Golden Corral.

Job Summary:

The Cashier Host Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere invitation to return as they leave.
  • Offer assistance to guests who may need help, including processing GC On the Go To-Go orders.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with setting up the buffet and ensuring labels are correct.
  • Follow local health department laws and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly around the restaurant.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
