  • Oversee all aspects of packaging operations, including pouching, jarring, pre-roll assembly, and label application
  • Coordinate production schedules and manage work orders efficiently
  • Evaluate team performance, deliver training, and uphold safety protocols
  • Ensure equipment maintenance, adherence to regulations, and accurate inventory reporting
  • Implement corrective measures, enhance operational processes, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, provide training, and enforce compliance with industry standards
  • Promote company values and utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours
  • Capable of performing repetitive hand movements

Additional Qualifications

  • Must pass background checks, possess a reliable vehicle, comply with regulations, hold a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years old, and be approved by the Cannabis Control Commission
