Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellman to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and complete safety training and certifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
