Key Responsibilities- Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and other clinical staff, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Perform inventory management and participate in required audits to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
- Verify patient benefits using automation tools to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Adhere to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, and HIPAA requirements to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy, or athletic training environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
- Holds and maintains applicable professional credentials, such as active Athletic Training licensure, Board of Certification (BOC), American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Certification (PTA), or related.
This role involves providing patient care in various settings, including physician's offices, hospitals, patient homes, and/or clinics. You will be exposed to airborne and bloodborne pathogens, and must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Travel requirements include up to 20% of the time, with no overnight travel required.
