Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and public spaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly and courteously to their needs.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning checklists to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and polished appearance.
  • Vacuum and spot clean carpeting, upholstery, and drapery to keep our spaces looking their best.
  • Remove any gum or other substances from surfaces and clean and shine all glass and metal surfaces.
  • Empty trash receptacles, polish them, and replace trash bags as needed.
  • Remove trash to the dumpster and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Clean offices and public restrooms, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Clean public and service elevators, both inside and out.
  • Perform opening and closing side work as instructed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Present a clean and professional appearance at all times, with a cheerful and courteous demeanor.
  • Notify housekeeping leadership, maintenance department, or MOD of any issues or concerns.
  • Attend departmental meetings to stay informed and engaged.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
  • Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
