Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Assist the Clinic Director and Assistant Clinic Director in overseeing daily operations and staff management
    • Communicate effectively with the leadership team on a daily basis
  • Patient Care
    • Assess clients' physical health, including vital signs, physical assessment, mental status, etc. and identify contraindications to intravenous therapy
    • Ensure efficient clinic workflow and optimal patient care
  • Administrative Duties
    • Detail-oriented eye for keeping the clinic well organized and presentation
    • Placement of intravenous catheters and accessing ports
    • Administration of fluids and monitoring the patient
  • Staff Development and Training
    • Supervise, train, and mentor clinic staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
    • Coordinate schedules and delegate tasks to appropriate personnel
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance
    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
    • Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies for IV Nutrient Therapy
Requirements
  • EMT, RN, or Paramedic certification
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in active clinical work, where IVs are administered regularly
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive engagement with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
