About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned fundraising professional to join our team as a Director of Development. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to meet annual goals, maintain relationships with corporate and foundation partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance university initiatives and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporate and foundation partners to secure funding and support
- Collaborate with university departments to advance institutional priorities and goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and accountability
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in fundraising or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving fundraising goals and building strong relationships with donors and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
