Job Responsibilities- Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with various mental health conditions.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Document services rendered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in mental health treatment through ongoing education and professional development.
- Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
- Active Florida license.
- Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
- $60-$65 per billable hour.
- Group malpractice insurance.
- As an independent contractor, you will have flexibility in determining your work schedule.
- Offices are open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments.
- Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday.
- Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment.
