As a Private Duty Nurse with Shaker for ChristianaCare Direct, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the state of Delaware. Our team of highly trained professionals provides expert care, including administering medications, gastric tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, promoting independence and comfort.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and their families through empathetic and responsive care.
  • Administer medications and prescribed treatments as ordered.
Requirements:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN with a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting. Previous home health and/or Long Term Care experience is a plus. Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is preferred.
