Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-Time Teller to join our team at Wintrust Financial. As a Part-Time Teller, you will be responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions, operating a teller drawer, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments
  • Operate a teller drawer to serve customers and bank personnel in the lobby or drive-up
  • Recognize potential cross-sell opportunities and direct customers to appropriate bank personnel
  • Develop skills to recognize potential fraud and report to management as necessary
  • Comply with all department, bank, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Uphold established Wintrust culture
  • May be responsible for bank opening/closing and may be required to participate in community events
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in cash handling or customer service
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Travel between branches may be necessary
  • Must be available to work all shifts, including Saturdays
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
