Descripción del Trabajo

Trabajando como Recruiter 360 en Michael Page, asumirás un rol que es variado, estimulante y desafiante a diario. Esta carrera desarrollará aún más tus habilidades interpersonales y comerciales, brindándote una verdadera oportunidad de crecimiento personal y profesional.

Como Recruiter 360, serás responsable de:
  • Buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y generación de leads
  • Gestionar el proceso desde la entrevista hasta la oferta y cierre de venta
  • Administrar tu propia cartera de candidatos y clientes, tanto existentes como nuevos
  • Buscar, seleccionar y evaluar candidatos potenciales, utilizando múltiples recursos en línea
  • Construir asociaciones cercanas con los clientes y ayudar a su negocio a crecer desarrollando y ofreciendo las mejores soluciones para atraer candidatos
  • Realizar entrevistas en persona para evaluar a fondo a los candidatos
  • Mentorar y desarrollar a consultores de ventas de nivel inicial en la oficina
  • Participar en el proceso de propuestas desarrollando y presentando propuestas
  • Negociar términos comerciales y tarifas
