Job Description:

Assembly Operations:
In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading components on the assembly line.

Your tasks will include retrieving assembled parts from storage, placing them on the line, and ensuring they are secured for processing.

You will monitor the assembly process to maintain efficiency and quality standards.

Each component weighs approximately 25-30 lbs, and you will work both independently and with a partner.



Finishing Touches:
In this section, you will be applying final touches to the products. After the initial assembly, you will inspect the components for quality and apply any necessary finishing details.

Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects meet our high standards.

You will also clean any excess materials from the products to ensure they are ready for packaging.

Packaging and Shipping:
This department handles the final preparations before products are dispatched. You will ensure that all items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment.

Your responsibilities will include wrapping products securely, preparing boxes, and organizing shipments.

Each item will weigh approximately 35-40 lbs when packaged, and teamwork is essential in this phase.

Requirements:

Physical Demands:
Ability to bend, stand, twist, and lift up to 30-40 lbs.

This is a manufacturing environment, and you should be prepared for typical odors associated with production.


Other Requirements:
- Ability to work 8-10 hours per day, including weekends as needed.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production protocols.
- Comply with instructions from management.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
- Provide two forms of valid identification.

This is a collaborative environment where each member plays a vital role in achieving production goals. You will be expected to maintain cleanliness in your work area and assist in training others as needed.
