Job Overview

Your Role

As a Kit Inventory Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that kits and their components are accurately replenished upon their return from job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify that returned kits and specialized tools correspond with what was initially provided for the job.
  • Assess the contents of returned kits and identify any missing items.
  • Input the values of utilized items into the company's Supply Chain Management software.
  • Restock missing items and ensure kits are returned to inventory promptly.
  • Maintain communication with technicians regarding the status of any missing kits or specialized tools.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office; experience with Financial Force Supply Chain Management software is a plus.
  • Experience in inventory control; familiarity with plumbing and heating supply operations is preferred.
  • Reliable with a proven ability to manage time effectively.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
