Transforming Military Capabilities with Advanced Technology

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own hardware from concept generation to real-world implementation
  • Apply first principles physics to inform every decision
  • Lead design reviews, conduct analysis, visit vendors, and define and execute hardware test plans
  • Design and build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production
  • Support critical hardware demonstrations with customers as needed
  • Travel to test sites as required
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of mechanical experience in a professional setting
  • CAD skills (any platform) and ability to create high-quality engineering drawings that meet industry standards
  • Demonstrated hands-on fabrication skills
  • High competence with and fluid use of engineering first principles
  • BS, M.Eng, MS, or PhD in an engineering field
  • Must possess and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with NX/Teamcenter
  • Ability to integrate electronic components into mechanical designs
  • Experience with machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and 3D printing
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $142,000-$213,000 USD, with highly competitive equity grants included in the majority of full-time offers.
