Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and operation of state-of-the-art instrumentation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize system-level requirements and features
  • Design, fabricate, and operate analog, digital, and power systems
  • Develop FPGA and microcontroller firmware
  • Mentor students, technicians, and junior engineers
  • Daily operation and maintenance of control and monitoring systems
  • Develop design documentation and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational and technical skills
