Facility Maine Medical Partners is seeking a skilled Ambulatory Care Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with physicians to ensure seamless care coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with total patient care by performing clinical duties and responding to patient inquiries.
- Coordinate care at the office and outside facilities, ensuring efficient and effective patient outcomes.
- Work under the direction of physicians to provide high-quality patient care and support.
- Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligibility for licensure.
- BSN preferred, with a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience in acute or ambulatory care.
- Current BLS certification and proficiency in chart/medical record documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all RN I requirements.
