Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure facilities readiness for mission activities
  • Perform operations, maintenance, inspections, and repairs on hardware and systems
  • Support agreements with the host Base for infrastructure planning and maintenance
  • Plan, coordinate, and document facility modifications and maintenance
  • Review proposed construction or system changes for power, heating, and air conditioning availability
  • Perform environmental safety, fire safety, and health functions
  • Assist in emergency management tasks, including Continuity of Operations Plan and exercises
  • Manage property accountability and control for Government property and GFE
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI CI polygraph clearance
  • Minimum 7 years of facilities management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of facilities management practices, requirements management, and sustainment/logistics practices
  • Substantive experience providing planning, risk assessments, and risk-management recommendations
  • Demonstrated success in prioritizing tasks and managing team members
