  • Driving research efforts across diverse model architectures.
  • Utilizing distributed computing and optimization techniques for enhanced performance.
  • Overseeing large-scale deployment of AI solutions.

If you possess a solid background in generative AI research, coupled with extensive experience in large-scale development and deployment across various infrastructures—cloud, on-premises, and hybrid—this position is tailored for you.

Key Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI research, demonstrating a history of applied research and technical leadership, with at least 3 years dedicated to the development of Generative AI technologies.
  2. Proficiency in creating tools, libraries, and infrastructure for data preprocessing, model training/finetuning, and deploying large language models in production settings.
  3. Hands-on experience with multi-node high-performance computing systems for building and deploying large-scale models.
  4. Experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments is highly desirable.
