Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Kohl's. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, process, and move merchandise productively, safely, and accurately according to established production rates, standards, and guidelines.
  • Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders, and returns, and loading and unloading trailers.
  • Input data to prepare reports and provide high-quality internal and external customer service, including communicating with vendors, associates, and locations to resolve disputes and review compliance.
  • Follow all company, state, local, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations to promote a safe work environment.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English sufficient to understand and follow rules, training, and instructions necessary for operational safety and efficiency.
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs and cross-train in at least 2 departments.
