Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and helpful customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the truck area, stockrooms, and sales floor.
- Support sales efforts by assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, and promoting our products and services.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery efforts to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with truck unloading and stocking, including receiving and processing merchandise.
- Support customer service efforts by answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
