We are currently looking for a Sales Associate who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for our products and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves understanding customer requirements through our unique sales process, showcasing our offerings, and facilitating a personalized shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or surpass individual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Employ Lovesac's specialized sales techniques to provide outstanding service, including greeting customers, demonstrating products, and maintaining high standards of presentation and product knowledge.
  • Promote Lovesac on various social media platforms, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Inform customers about financing options, including Lovesac credit and other programs.
  • Keep clients updated on current promotions and product offerings while ensuring comprehensive knowledge of these aspects.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and protect company assets.
  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve customer service issues and enhance overall service quality.
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
  • Process all transactions accurately to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Exhibit professionalism and composure in addressing customer concerns.
  • Model integrity and respect towards colleagues and customers, aligning with company values.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales goals.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS systems.
  • Willingness to work in a retail environment with varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
