Retail Sales Associate Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at NoGigiddy. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers in locating products, making recommendations, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting store environment.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of merchandise, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Handle returns and exchanges courteously and professionally, resolving customer issues promptly and fairly.
  • Participate in merchandising and display of products, ensuring visually appealing and effective product presentation.
  • Meet sales goals and targets, driving sales growth and contributing to the success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
  • High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
