POSITION OVERVIEW
Delivers prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.
Manages the bakery section of the store to ensure that all financial targets and product quality standards are met, thereby maximizing sales potential.
Ensures compliance with all corporate and state health regulations. Oversees all staff within the department.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Does not regularly supervise team members.
Accountable for the proper handling and display of all bakery items in accordance with company guidelines.
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all bakery offerings to customers.
Consistently strive to provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service.
Responsible for maintaining a tidy, organized workspace in line with 5S principles at all times.
Oversee the daily operations of the bakery to ensure product quality, inventory management, and merchandising standards are achieved.
Maintain an appealing presentation of a diverse range of products to meet customer demands.Accountable for monitoring and achieving bakery department financial objectives. Ensures that sales, profit margins, and shrinkage targets are met to realize budgeted earnings.
Guarantee customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, exceptional service, and cleanliness.
Responsible for the merchandising of all bakery products and displays in accordance with corporate sales initiatives.
Ensure the production and display of only high-quality items that meet corporate standards. Ensure all bakery staff are adequately trained to meet corporate expectations.
Ensure compliance with corporate and state health regulations. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all customer orders and deliveries.
Responsible for scheduling bakery staff to meet customer needs.
Control shrinkage through adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management and comply with all company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lead others and demonstrate commitment to achieving desired outcomes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Positive performance evaluations. Strong communication abilities. Basic computer proficiency. High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of relevant experience.
