Position Overview:

Pathway Health Services is seeking a skilled Clinical Leadership Professional to fill a variety of interim positions, including Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, and MDS coordinator. As a Clinical Leadership Professional, you will assist clients with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes, and other needs as requested.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes, and other needs as requested.
  • Identify training needs and plan and conduct training/in-services as necessary.
  • Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations, and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines.
  • Function within scope of work as defined by the client.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:
  • Must have a current RN license in state.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a clinical leadership role in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Facilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.
  • Must be flexible for travel within the state, which may require overnight stays.
