About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Production Operator to join our team at NSG Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our glass manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and Processing: Select and process automotive glass products, including windshields, with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 1 year of recent experience as a Cherry Picker operator.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 35-45 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English language (verbal and written).
  • Attendance: Good attendance is required.
