Support Specialist for K-12 Students

We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This full-time position is ideal for an individual with a passion for supporting students, especially those with behavioral challenges.
About the RoleThis role involves providing 1:1 support for students across all grade levels, assisting with both academic and behavioral needs in a variety of classroom settings. The successful candidate will work closely with district BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities- Providing direct support to students with functional academics, life skills, communication, and social-emotional development.
- Assisting district BCBAs in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Helping students achieve behavioral and academic success through direct support and collaboration with teachers and staff.
- Associate's degree or equivalent college credits.
- Experience as a paraeducator or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
This position offers a competitive salary of $**42,000 - $55,000 per year**, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a supportive environment, collaborative team of educators and specialists, and opportunities for growth and development.
