Key Responsibilities- Render professional medical services to hospitalized patients, including admitting medical patients and providing supervision for resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill patients.
- Maintain and follow medical patients as assigned, responsible for admissions, rounding, and discharging patients with the assistance of Advanced Practice Professionals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures.
