Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through our Ultimate Fit Experience, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our premium products.
  • Generate industrial sales leads and achieve daily productivity and sales goals.
  • Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, technical, and operating standards through continuous learning and training.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
  • Provide direct support in the daily operations of the retail store.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Results-oriented and effective written/verbal communication skills.
  • Computer utilization and proficiency in electronic communication software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of Red Wing Shoe Company's mission, values, and organization structure.
  • Profit and loss knowledge and naturally curious with a passion for new ideas and growth.
  • Problem-solving skills and retail footwear experience.
Work Environment

This role is based in a retail store environment, requiring the ability to lift 50 pounds, bend/squat to lace shoes, and stand for long periods of time.
