  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients receive a personalized and welcoming experience.
  • Determine the reason for the customer's visit and explain how to shop at our store, as well as required paperwork, tests, products, and services.
  • Review prescriptions and patient information carefully, identifying special needs and consulting with opticians, doctors, or retail management when necessary.
  • Show patience and courtesy to indecisive or difficult customers and patients, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Operate the POS system accurately, collecting proper payment and handling customer transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, taking pride in our displays and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of store merchandise.
  • Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or optical.
