Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in protecting and securing all company assets and property.
  • Perform all opening and closing procedures, including but not limited to, counting cash, processing deposits, and verifying inventory.
  • Assist with all store functions, including but not limited to, receiving and stocking merchandise, processing customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including but not limited to, creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a well-organized store layout.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including but not limited to, labor costs, inventory levels, and supplies.
  • Assist with inventory management, including but not limited to, counting and reconciling inventory, and identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a management or assistant management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
