Onshore Web Accessibility Testing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onshore Web Accessibility Testing Lead to join our team at Seven Seven Software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of offshore resources in accessibility testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in accessibility tools and methods, including manual keyboard testing, JAWS, axe DevTools, and Color Contrast Analyzer.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of accessibility testing and resolution of issues.
  • Assist in testing and resolution of issues in standard testing and annual audit scans.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in accessibility testing.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in testing/quality engineering with a strong understanding of functional and non-functional aspects of software validation.
  • Familiarity with WCAG requirements and the field of digital accessibility.
  • Experience working in an Agile work environment and proficiency in project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with project teams and stakeholders.
