Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line customer support, answering questions, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Assist with receiving and unloading shipments, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support the operations team with tasks such as cleaning, price checks, and inventory management.
  • Work independently with minimal direction and follow daily to-do lists.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management or supervisors.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and meet shift goals and expectations.
  • Ability to regularly lift one to five pounds and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
