About the Job

We are seeking experienced CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers to join our team at Ashley Distribution Services in Lemont, IL. As a Regional Dry Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, ensuring timely delivery and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a late-model tractor-trailer combination, typically 1500 miles per region
  • Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements
Benefits

  • Average weekly pay: $1,550
  • Additional pay for detention, load pay, and bonuses

Requirements
  • Valid CDL A License
  • At least 21 years of age
  • At least 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • 0 DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years
  • Must live within 60-mile radius of Lemont, IL
