About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure Residential Treatment, Non-Secure Residential Treatment, Residential Crisis Stabilization, and Supportive Housing. You will manage clinical services and treatment provision within assigned regions, supervise Residential Therapists, and document supervision activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure Residential Treatment, Non-Secure Residential Treatment, Residential Crisis Stabilization, and Supportive Housing.
  • Oversee clinical services and treatment provision within assigned regions.
  • Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities.
  • Temporarily step into a Residential Therapist role in cases of vacancy or leave of absence.
  • Maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in mental health field.
  • Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist strongly preferred.
  • Three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
  • Minimum one year of management/managerial experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to provide licensure supervision preferred.
  • Understanding and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
