Role Overview:

As a Medical Science Manager within Abbott's Vascular Division, your primary focus will be on cultivating strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to propel scientific and clinical progress within targeted therapeutic domains.

You will report directly to the Director of Medical Affairs and play an essential role in aligning scientific expertise with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of scientific knowledge in assigned areas
  • Engage with key stakeholders and share clinical insights
  • Lead advisory panels and oversee clinical research initiatives
  • Provide strategic medical intelligence and support collaborative efforts
  • Collaborate with external partners and enhance KOL interactions

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Life Sciences, with a preference for an advanced degree

At least 5 years of leadership experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors, healthcare provider roles, or expertise in cardiovascular devices

Willingness to travel up to 30% may be necessary

The salary range for this position is between $109,300.00 and $218,000.00, with variations based on specific locations.
