As we expand our operations to support the commercial rollout of RhizoSorb technology, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.

ROLE OBJECTIVE
The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence. This role involves the analysis, preparation, and maintenance of financial statements and records to monitor the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax obligations, and other financial activities. The Senior Financial Analyst will engage in daily accounting functions and maintain the general ledger, ensuring precise tracking of inventory and sales.

This position is also responsible for the accurate completion, tracking, and submission of tax documentation to various regulatory agencies. Key responsibilities include processing payroll for both salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now, generating invoices, setting up and reconciling accounts, closing monthly financial records, and assisting external auditors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial accounts, including bank, credit card, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Support the Vice President of Finance in financial planning and analysis.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited institution.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
  • Successful completion of background checks as required by the company.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPA or CMA certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in international business is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is primarily office-based, requiring effective communication and collaboration with team members. The role involves regular use of computers and other office equipment.
