Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Manager to join our team at APi Construction Company. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for the site management of an insulation/sheet metal contract. The Field Manager will maintain weekly job progress reports, coordinate the expedition of required material, consumables, tools equipment, and site inventory. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including job progress reports, material inventory management, timekeeping, creating and managing miscellaneous reports, engaging in various activities, managing equipment and tool inventory, and work release and scheduling.

The successful candidate will have an Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or similar preferred. Previous experience working in construction is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations at the construction site.
  • Monitor and report on job progress and identify any potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
