School Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Weslaco, TX. As an Educational Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and mental well-being of students.

As a School Psychologist with ProCare Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychological assessments and interventions to students
• Collaborating with teachers and administrators to develop individualized education plans
• Conducting cognitive and behavioral assessments to identify learning disabilities and mental health issues
• Developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans to support student success
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with parents and guardians

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution
• State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Texas
• Experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with diverse needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff

The interview process for this position will consist of a 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter, followed by a 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with the school district. Offers are typically extended within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
