We are seeking a qualified Education and Behavioral Specialist for Schools to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and mental health needs of students in Weslaco, TX.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution and be licensed as a School Psychologist in Texas. You will have experience working with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide behavioral interventions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and areas for improvement
  • Provide behavioral interventions and support to students and educators
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement school-wide programs
Requirements
  • Master's in School Psychology required
  • Licensure as a School Psychologist in Texas required
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check required
