Key Responsibilities: You will engage in direct recruitment efforts and collaborate with outreach partners while adhering to organizational and governmental guidelines.
Primary Duties:
- Execute direct recruitment initiatives, including public speaking engagements, establishing connections with referral organizations such as human services agencies, recreational facilities, youth groups, local educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Organize, schedule, and deliver outreach presentations in designated areas to support regional recruitment strategies.
- Assist in conducting tours, ensuring follow-up communication with all participants via email, text, or phone.
- Conduct surveys post-tour and relay feedback to supervisors and the center for follow-up actions.
- Compile and prepare necessary reports related to recruitment and retention activities.
- Actively participate in and promote programs aimed at enhancing student employability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
