Key Responsibilities: You will engage in direct recruitment efforts and collaborate with outreach partners while adhering to organizational and governmental guidelines.

Primary Duties:

  1. Execute direct recruitment initiatives, including public speaking engagements, establishing connections with referral organizations such as human services agencies, recreational facilities, youth groups, local educational institutions, and community organizations.
  2. Organize, schedule, and deliver outreach presentations in designated areas to support regional recruitment strategies.
  3. Assist in conducting tours, ensuring follow-up communication with all participants via email, text, or phone.
  4. Conduct surveys post-tour and relay feedback to supervisors and the center for follow-up actions.
  5. Compile and prepare necessary reports related to recruitment and retention activities.
  6. Actively participate in and promote programs aimed at enhancing student employability.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
