As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by receiving and issuing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process inventory, including issuing products to customers and receiving returns.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety, attend customer safety meetings, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer operation, knowledge of inventory management systems, and excellent communication skills.
